Neighbourhood Policing is at the heart of our approach to keeping South Wales safe. Your local team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in this area who are both visible and accessible.
We work closely with residents, community leaders, the local authority and other partners to understand and respond to community concerns. By working together and focussing on early intervention, prevention and problem solving we can find long-term solutions to local problems.

Continue to respond to all reports of vehicle crime and ensure all lines of investigation are completed including forensics. During the evenings target the areas with the highest proportion of vehicle crime in high visibility and plain clothes uniform. PCSO’s to engage with residents and offer crime prevention advice in relation to locking vehicles and removing valuables from them. Actioned 17 June 2025 |
Off road motorbikes in the new St Edeyrn’s Estate. Issued 17 June 2025 |
When Op Red Mana is being run they have been requested to attend the hot spot areas to try and stop and detain these motorbikes which will be seized if not road legal. CCTV enquiries are being conducted to try and identify the motorbikes involved and linked them to persons so enforcement action can be taken. Actioned 17 June 2025 |
