Male arrested

As many of you may be aware, over the past few days there has been footage circulating on social media showing a male committing offences in the Porthcawl area, causing alarm and distress within the community.

We understand the concern these incidents have caused and would like to reassure residents that they have been taken seriously. On Monday morning, officers arrested a male in connection with these incidents. He was taken into police custody, where he was questioned by officers as part of an ongoing investigation.

Our enquiries remain ongoing, and we continue work to ensure the safety of our community. We would like to thank everyone who has reported information and shared concerns with us.
