There is a male going around the Uplands area putting leaflets through the door advertising to do Odd Jobs ,cleaning roofs etc with a jet wash . The  Male started a job on the residents roof and only done half of the job asked the resident for the fee in cash and said he would return to complete the job . The male does not return to complete the job. The male is in his twenties
