You asked for a Snap Shot of Community Officers work

Hi apart from sending out alerts of any issues in the area, you also asked if we could share some community engagements local community officers do, during their shifts.

Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team over the last few days visited community coffee groups in Mumbles,  dealt with an unsecured vehicle, which due to South Wales Listens,  a message from a local resident helped to potentially reduce risk of vehicle taken as key was still in ignition. 

Local school engagement at Dan Y Coed school were we met amazing young people and staff.

Patrols around West Cross, local businesses spoken to, patrols near top end of Glen Rd, speeding issues. And evening patrols Langland Bay and Rotherslade. 

NPT teams in all areas work hard to engagement and listen to the community. South Wales Listens is an amazing way to find out what your community team are doing.
