We have been working hard in Pontypridd town centre targeting anti social behaviour caused by youths.

Recently officers have carried out targeted patrols relating to reports of antisocial behaviour and low level criminal offences being caused by a group of youths in Ynysgharad park, Pepes restaurant and Taff Street outdoor market. 

Officers were successful in identifying and dealing with the youths, through antisocial behaviour referrals and linking in with the youth bureau for the criminal offences.

Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.
