Could you be who we are looking for? About the team/Department you will be joining: The Station Enquiry Officers will offer you the exciting opportunity to work with our dynamic front desk teams, delivering a vital interface between our communities and South Wales Police. About the role and your key responsibilities: The primary function is to serve members of our communities, providing a resolution at first point of contact, at the front desk, either in person or via the telephone. The role is based on the delivery of a high-quality service. Founded on professional training, equipping the post holder to meet the needs and expectations of our communities.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role: This is a challenging job where we require unique, resilient individuals that can work under pressure, prioritise workloads and use their initiative, whilst managing sensitive and sometimes distressing situations. Individuals need to understand the importance to provide a good quality and prompt service to customers.
