Hate crime comes in many different forms and strikes at the heart of communities. With your help, we can tackle those responsible for hate crime, keep our communities safe and ultimately “Eliminate Hate”. We're here and ready to help anyone who has been affected by someone else's prejudice, ignorance or violence.

A hate incident is any incident which the victim, or anyone else, thinks is based on someone’s prejudice towards them because of their race, religion, sexual orientation, disability or because they are transgender.

Rydym yma ac yn barod i helpu unrhyw un y mae rhagfarn, anwybodaeth neu drais rhywun arall wedi effeithio arno.

Digwyddiad casineb yw unrhyw ddigwyddiad sydd, ym marn y dioddefwr, neu unrhyw un arall, yn seiliedig ar ragfarn rhywun tuag ato oherwydd ei hil, crefydd, cyfeiriadedd rhywiol, anabledd neu am ei fod yn drawsrywiol.
