We have received a number of concerns from residents in the Kenfig Hill area in relation to inappropriate parking in and around the Kenfig Hill area, particularly on Prince Road and around Heathbridge House surgery.

Your local PCSOs , whilst on patrol, will be proactive in considering the parking and presentation of vehicles in the area

There will be an anti-social behaviour considerate parking leaflet drop in certain streets to make the residents aware of their parking moving forward

Patrols will be conducted on a regular basis by the PCSO’s, and they will when a vehicle is seen in such position endeavour to educate the owner in the first instance of the disruption it maybe causing other persons using the pedestrian highway.

Any further repeated behaviour by the same persons can be looked at from an enforcement perspective

If you do sight any vehicle causing a danger or obstruction or causing any other community safety issues, you should contact your local council or report this to us online. In an emergency, if you or your property are at risk, or a crime is in progress call 999.
