Reminder, 

That on Friday's the Penlan food bank is open from 10:00-12:00, with various of support agencies including your local PCSO's will be attending. it will also give you an opportunity to get a food parcel, warm breakfast with a hot drink. If you need support, this is a great place to attend and seek further aid.
