South Wales Police are working to tackle anti-social behaviour in Tonyrefail and Gilfach Goch. Following several reports of off road bike annoyance in the area we are making an appeal to the public in order to request your assistance in identifying a repeat offender who resides locally and uses a black Surron bike in order to do so.  This person has been reported on numerous occasions for driving dangerously in local beauty spots and on local parks during busy times of day, creating a general nuisance but also an unsafe environment for the local community.  

Anti-social behaviour covers a wide range of unacceptable activity that causes harm to an individual, to their community or to their environment. This could be an action by someone else that leaves you feeling alarmed, harassed, or distressed. It also includes fear of crime or concern for public safety, public disorder, or public nuisance.

I have enclosed a photograph of the individual in question. 

If you know this person and wish to make an identification, you can do this by contacting South Wales Police on 101 or at Home | South Wales Police.  You can make this report anonymously if you wish.
