Local Priorities Cycle theft Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Cycle theft, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

We have increased foot patrols in joint partnership with City Centre Council Wardens.
Regular Bike Marking events being conducted in the City Centre.
Crime prevention advice given to cyclists.

Cycle theft should be reported to us immediately on discovery. Delay in doing so can mean missed opportunities to recover your bike and prosecute the offender.
