Off-road bikes

There has been a large increase of off-road bikes attending the old Penlan race course, which is causing nuisance, noise pollution and damage the environment around. There is also risk of harm to members of public using the park and to themselves, due to the way the are operating these bikes.. Regular patrols are being conducted in the area, with hopes of identifying this individuals and speak to them. If you see, hear or sighted this off-road bikes, it's please reported it to 101 or 999, so prevention work can be conducted.
