Hello Resident

Whether that be on response, in the community, when investigating, liaising with victims or dealing with court cases, we see domestic abuse.

We want to help end violence against women and girls. 

Back in the summer we spoke with victims of domestic abuse, for them to tell us their stories, and to encourage others to come forward. Our officers want to do the same. 

Officers from different departments have taken part in our new phase of our violence against women and girls’ campaign to highlight what our role is when dealing with domestic abuse cases, stories on working on DV cases and what support is available to victims.
