We have been working hard in Bridgend town centre] targeting thefts.

Recently officers arrested two persons responsible for theft of a handbag outside Bridgend job centre.The victim had £200, a mobile phone and her bank cards in her bag. Officers attended promptly after a direct call from the job centre. 

Officers assisted in cancelling the victims bank cards and taking her back to her home address, as she had no means of getting home. 

Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.
