We are fully aware that there was a large amount of off-road bikes, surrons and other types of bikes driving in an manner that's deemed as anti social behaviour around the Penlan area, by doing wheelies in and around traffic, beeping their horns and reeving their engines.  We are currently investigating these incidents, and will be around the area.
