Dear Residents,

We want to address the concerns that have been raised regarding multiple reports of anti-social behaviour in our town. We have received numerous complaints about individuals who have been swearing, shouting, drinking, taking drugs, and generally causing a nuisance in public spaces.

In response to these incidents, we issued Section 35 notices on Friday to all persons involved, which prohibited them from returning to Porthcawl for a period of 48 hours. While these individuals are now allowed to return, we would like to remind everyone that anti-social behaviour (ASB) will not be tolerated on our streets.

If you are experiencing problems with anti-social behaviour, or have any concerns about it, or other community safety issues, you should contact your local council or report this to us online or by calling 101.

In an emergency, if you or your property are at risk, or a crime is in progress call 999.
