Dear residents, 

                          I'm sure you would share our concerns relating to driving safely throughout the Gower.

                        Its coming to that time of year when lambs and foals will be appearing on the commons.

                                              THE SPEED LIMIT IS 40 ( A limit , not a target)

             Please take great care when driving past livestock and young animals, reducing your speed will allow you to see better

                           and react quickly to potential hazards, particularly in areas of poor visibility.

These beautiful animals have a right to roam free on the commons, and are a delight for many visitors / locals to see.

                Speeding enforcement will be taking place over the Gower, by South wales Police.

       please remember that by law, all collisions involving these animals must be reported to the police!

                                        Please drive safe and enjoy this beautiful part of Wales.
