Good afternoon residents,

A vehicle was reported as causing an obstruction (for months) to the pavement and to the pedestrian crossing drop kerb on Waun fawr. 

Following receipt of the report checks showed that the vehicle was not road legal.

A warning note was placed on the vehicle and attempts to contact the owner were made.

The vehicle remained untaxed, uninsured, without a valid MOT and was still obstructing the pavement.  

Subsequently it was today recovered.  

If there are vehicles causing issues or raising suspicions please raise it with us so that we can check it out.  Sometimes, as this report has shown there are further offences that become apparent.

Roedd yna car wedi'i parcio (am misoedd) ar Waun fawr yn rhwystro cerddwyr defnyddio y palmant a'r croesle.

Ar ol derbyn y galwad fe wnes i gwneud ymchwyliadau a nad oedd y car ar y ffordd yn gyfreithiol.

Fe wnes i rhoi nodyn rhybudd ar y car ond symydodd e ddim a roedd ymchwyliadau i siarad gyda'r perchennog yn aflwyddiannus.

Roedd y car dal i fod heb tystysgrif yswyriant, treth a MOT.  Roedd y car dal wedi'i parcio yn yr un man felli heddiw wnes i trefnu ei symud.
