South Wales Police are working to tackle anti-social behaviour in and around McDonalds Morriston & Morfa retail park. Following reports of youth related ASB/damage we have conducted CCTV enquiries, identified several youths responsible, conducted home visits to speak with the parents, given banning letters from McDonalds and submitted ASB letters.

We will continue to show a high visibility presence at the location, conduct investigations in a timely manner and deal with the youths responsible.

Anti-social behaviour covers a wide range of unacceptable activity that causes harm to an individual, to their community or to their environment. This could be an action by someone else that leaves you feeling alarmed, harassed, or distressed. It also includes fear of crime or concern for public safety, public disorder, or public nuisance.

Examples of anti-social behaviour include:

The police, local authorities, and other community safety partner agencies, such as Fire & Rescue and social housing landlords, all have a responsibility to deal with anti-social behaviour and to help people who are suffering from it.

Mae Heddlu De Cymru yn gweithio i fynd i'r afael ag ymddygiad gwrthgymdeithasol yn ac o gwmpas McDonald Treforys a Parc Mo.fa.

Yn dilyn adroddiadau ynghylch ASB/niwed sy'n gysylltiedig ag ieuenctid rydym wedi cynnal ymholiadau CCTV, nodi nifer o bobl ifanc oedd yn gyfrifol, cynnal ymweliadau cartref i siarad â'r rhieni, rhoi llythyrau gwahardd gan McDonalds a chyflwyno llythyrau gwrthgymdeithasol.

Byddwn yn parhau i dangos presenoldeb gwelededd uchel yn y lleoliad, cynnal ymchwiliadau mewn modd amserol a delio â'r bobl ifanc sy'n gyfrifol.

Mae ymddygiad gwrthgymdeithasol yn cwmpasu amrywiaeth eang o weithgarwch annerbyniol sy'n achosi niwed i unigolyn, ei gymuned, neu ei amgylchedd. Gallai hyn fod yn weithred gan rywun arall sy'n aflonyddu arnoch neu'n gwneud i chi deimlo'n bryderus neu'n ofidus. Mae hefyd yn cynnwys ofn trosedd neu bryder am ddiogelwch y cyhoedd, anhrefn gyhoeddus, neu niwsans cyhoeddus.
