We have been working hard in Dylan Place targeting Auto crime.

Recently officers have conducted house to house enquiries to assess the scale of the issue and to provide crime prevention advice to victims and residents.

When parking your vehicle, please remember the following:

 - Always lock your vehicle, even when leaving it for a brief moment.

- Don't leave valuable items visible inside your vehicle.

- Close windows and the sun roof to prevent ‘fishing’.

- Secure anything that’s on the outside of your vehicle.

- Don’t keep your log book in the car.

If you have been a victim of vehicle crime and your vehicle was parked in Dylan Place, Cardiff. Please feel free to let us know if it has not been reported via 999 or 101 already. It is crucial that these incidents are reported to allow us to identify trends and patterns in the area.
