Good afternoon, residents, shoppers and employees of Morriston town centre.

Please be aware that due to slates falling of the roof of Bethania Chapel on Woodfield street a section of the pavement and parking bays immediately outside was closed off earlier today by South Wales Police.  The area has since been fenced off by Swansea Council in order to keep passer-bys safe.  

Please do not use this section of pavement until the issue is resolved and the fencing removed.
