A Prolific Commercial Burglar was arrested in Cardiff City Centre yesterday by Local Neighbourhood Officers.

When detained he was found in possession of tools which could be used to commit further offences.

He was charged for Burglary and Going Equipped and remanded to appear at Cardiff today.
