YOU SAID:  There is are a lot of of beggars and people who appear to be homeless sat  outside business premises in the City Centre

WE DID: We have completed a number of early help refferals for these persons and ensured that they are in touch with partner agencies who can help them.

we have completed Anti Social Behaviour referrals for some of  the aggresive beggars but as we have a duty of care we also ensure they know who to contact for help
