My name is Grace Hayman and I am the PCSO for Trowbridge.

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself as I am the local Police Community Support Officer for the area you live.

I joined South Wales Police in 2021. I really enjoy my job, but the part I enjoy the most is engaging with the community

I look forward to sharing with you what we are doing as Neighbourhood Policing Team to tackle the issues that matter most to you, and don’t forget, South Wales Listens is all about two-way communication and you are able to reply to any message I send and receive a response directly from the team.

Yn gyntaf, diolch i chi am ymuno â De Cymru yn Gwrando. Os nad ydych eisoes wedi gwneud, byddwn yn ddiolchgar pe byddech yn treulio 5 munud yn cwblhau'r arolwg hwn a fydd yn rhoi'r cyfle i chi ddweud wrthym am y materion sydd bwysicaf i chi.

Roeddwn eisiau cymryd y cyfle hwn i gyflwyno fy hun, gan mai fi yw Swyddog Cymorth Cymunedol lleol yr Heddlu ar gyfer yr ardal rydych yn byw ynddi.

Ymunais â Heddlu De Cymru yn 2021. Rwy'n mwynhau fy swydd yn fawr iawn, ond y rhan rwy'n ei fwynhau fwyaf yw  ymgysylltu â'r gymuned.

Rwy'n edrych ymlaen at rannu gwybodaeth am yr hyn beth rydym wrthi'n ei wneud fel Tîm Plismona yn y Gymdogaeth â chi i fynd i'r afael â'r materion sydd bwysicaf i chi, a pheidiwch ag anghofio, prif nod De Cymru yn Gwrando yw sicrhau cyfathrebu dwy ffordd lle gallwch chi ateb unrhyw neges y byddaf wedi ei hanfon atoch, a derbyn ymateb yn uniongyrchol gan y tîm.
