Officers located the cannabis grow at a property in Llanrumney. 94 plants were seized from the address and a man has been arrested for cultivation of cannabis.

Cannabis production/use can often be viewed as a victimless crime, however it's not - Organised crime groups are often behind many of these cannabis factories and can resort to violence and intimidation to protect their plantations.
