Community engagement


The sheltered accommodation residents at Llys Gwernen have been welcoming various partners to their coffee mornings to provide support and advice.
Today was the turn of one of South Wales Police with local PCSO, PCSO Rebeca Rastatter attending and receiving a warm welcome.   
Topics such as scam awareness, rogue traders and crime prevention was discussed.  Residents were encouraged to sign up to the South Wales listens scheme and were provided with the local officer’s contact details and advice on various ways to report matters.

Mae preswylwyr safle Llys Gwernen wedi bod yn croesawu partneriaethau gwahanol i ddod iw bore coffi dros a misoedd diwethaf. 
Heddiw oedd tro Heddlu De Cymru. Cafodd y SCCH lleol ~ SCCH Rebeca Rastatter croeso cynnes.
Trafodwn testynau sef ymwybyddiaeth sgam, galwyr ffug a cymorth ynglun a atal troseddau.  Roedd preswylwyr wedi derbyn manylion cyswllt ei SCCH lleol a gwybodaeth ynglun reportio a cynllyn ‘South Wales listens’.
