The Neighbourhood Policing Team for the Pontyclun, Llanharry and Llanharan area have conducted various speed-scoping exercises with the view to identifying drivers who exceed the speed limit and drive in an anti-social manner along Llanharry Road. 

A particular noted problem area is the entrance to Llanharry Road from Brynsadler. 

More of these exercises are to take place in different areas, with enforcement action included as and when required. 

The minimum penalty for speeding is a £100 fine and 3 penalty points added to your license. To avoid this, it is as simple as slowing down! Late for something? It is better to arrive late than not at all!
