Thank you for responding to our survey.

We have been working hard in Cathays targeting Vehicle Issues.

Recently officers following growing concerns from local residents regarding illegal and dangerous parking in the area have conducted partnership work. Our PCSO Lloyd has worked in partnership to assist the Civil Parking Enforcement Officers in their patrols of the problematic locations at key times. The results of which was positive feedback from local residents and businesses. 

Although we can’t always provide this level of engagement, if there are areas that are a cause for concern and that require a more focussed approach, please do not hesitate to contact your local councillor who can facilitate communication with the local authority and South Wales police to arrange similar pro-active joint patrols in your area.

Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.

Yn ddiweddar mae swyddogion yn dilyn pryderon cynyddol gan drigolion lleol ynghylch parcio anghyfreithlon a pheryglus yn yr ardal wedi gwneud gwaith partneriaeth. Mae ein SCCH Lloyd wedi gweithio mewn partneriaeth i gynorthwyo'r Swyddogion Gorfodi Parcio Sifil yn eu patrolau o'r lleoliadau problemus ar adegau allweddol. Roedd ei ganlyniadau yn adborth cadarnhaol gan drigolion a busnesau lleol. 

Er na allwn bob amser ddarparu'r lefel hon o ymgysylltu, os oes meysydd sy'n destun pryder ac sy'n gofyn am ddull mwy penodol, peidiwch ag oedi cyn cysylltu â'ch cynghorydd lleol a all hwyluso cyfathrebu â'r awdurdod lleol a Heddlu De Cymru i drefnu patrolau ar y cyd rhagweithiol tebyg yn eich ardal.
